The Comox Valley Newcomers Club would like to welcome women new to the Comox Valley to come join us at our meeting in Courtenay. Newcomers is a social group that brings women together through guest lecturers and activities to form friendships while learning about our wonderful valley home. Our guest speaker at our next meeting will be Pearl McKenzie, VP of Mars Wildlife Rescue in Merville. Mars and its many volunteers provide amazing rescue, recovery, rehabilitation and release work for a wide variety of injured wildlife.
