The Comox Valley Newcomers’ Club invites women who are new to our community to join our monthly meeting. We provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our meeting is open to women of all ages who have resided in the Comox Valley for less than two years. Our guest speaker is Melissa Quocksister is a member of the K’ómoks First Nation. Melissa’s interest in the Treaty process evolved from an early age through watching her grandfather begin the process for K’ómoks as elected Chief for 24 years. She is currently the owner of Quocksister Consulting, specializing in Communications and Community Engagement and has worked with many nations throughout BC since 2011.

We hope you will join us to also learn more about our social club’s activities and start making new friends. Doors open at 6:30pm (enter from lower parking lot).
