The Comox Valley Humanists is an independent group of freethinkers, skeptics, humanists, and inquiring minds who share a secular worldview.
Our goal is to encourage and facilitate the discussion, understanding, and application of a secular worldview that relies on the use of human reason to understand our world and to adapt to the challenges of the future. We support evidence-based education as an essential tool to foster a democratic, tolerant, compassionate and sustainable society free of hate and irrational beliefs. With members from the Comox Valley, Campbell River, and central Vancouver Island, we meet on the last Saturday of each month.
