The Cowichan Valley now has a new and exciting community-inspired event for those who love to dance! Community 4 Dance is an all ages, alcohol free, relaxed environment for movers and groovers of all stripes.
Shauna Devlin, a local Zumba instructor, initiated the event when she discovered that many of her students wanted an opportunity to dance with others in the community, �There are a lot of people who enjoy dancing but don�t necessarily want to travel to Victoria or dance in the typical club scene. Community 4 Dance gives people a chance to dance freely in a high energy and supportive atmosphere�.
Monthly events held at the Mercury Theatre feature an eclectic blend of music including world beat groves, African, Latin, Middle-Easter, old school, trance, hip hop and much more.
�Community 4 Dance is a positive community event. We invite everyone to come to experience the simple love of dancing. We hope you will join us.

Rounding out the event, will be refreshments for sale as well as dance inspired merchandise.
