A Connected Commonwealth is the 2019 Commonwealth theme, and with the RCS focus on empowering youth, guests at this chef-created luncheon will enjoy hearing from Ceilidh Millar/CHEK-TV reporter, and Bryan Kelly of Rugby Canada. Guests will also celebrate the recent choice of two local students - Matthew Hadfield/Oak Bay High School and Matthew Owen-Flood/St. Michaels University School - to attend the week-long National Youth Commonwealth Forum in Ottawa.
