SHARON KALLIS will be introducing simple, easily taught eco-art techniques from her new book, Common Threads: Weaving Community through Collaborative Eco-Art. In addition, she will discuss how to engage communities in repurposing green waste and invasive species into beautiful works of art or environmental remediation, while simultaneously creating opportunities for individuals to connect with nature and one another.
