Coal Miners Child Homeschool Program

On October 12 from 10:00-11:30 experience what life was like for children in coal mining families 100 years ago. Students will visit the miners’ cottage, take a seat in wooden desks complete with ink wells and participate in a lesson with a strict teacher and play with wooden toys that were popular in the early 1900s.
The cost is $5 per child and pre-registration is required for this program.
This program is for Grades K-4, the minimum age for this program is 5 years old.
