The Port Theatre lobby has been the perfect setting for the intimate Classical Coffee Concert Series where Sarah Hagen has continued to wow audiences with special guests for nearly a dozen performances throughout the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 Spotlight Series seasons.

Highlights of Miss Hagen�s past season include two performances at Carnegie Hall, first with polish flautist Krzysztof Kaczka and later as a soloist for first prize winner in the 2013 Bradshaw & Buono International Piano Competition, recitals with LA Philharmonic Concertmaster Martin Chalifour, and a concert tour in Manitoba and Saskatchewan with cellist Rebecca Wenham. Sarah and Martin recently recorded their entire recital programme for the CBC online music site, with their session overseen by Grammy award-winning producer Denise Ball.

We are excited to have Sarah and friends back for another six performances spanning 2013-2014. This coming series will include performances with Ariel Barnes, cello, on September 24; Joan Blackman, violin, on November 5; Robyn Driedger-Klassen, soprano, on February 11; Oto Carrillo, horn, on March 11; and a special piano duet with Isabelle O�Connell on April 8. Sarah Hagen will perform solo on October 15.
