Mon-Thurs 3-7 pm Fri & Sat 10 am - 8 pm Sun 10 am - 6 pm

Volunteer students and staff of WestShore Centre for Learning & Training have been working hard like Santa's elves to prepare for the 2nd annual Christmas Tree Sale Fundraiser supporting WestShore students.

Trees sold at the sale are fresh cut within 2 days of delivery from Saanichton Tree Farm. - Sizes of Trees: 2ft-12ft+ tall (please email [email protected] for special requests) - Prices start at $10 and go up depending on size and variety - Several varieties will be available (Grand Fir, Noble Fir, Spruce, White Pine, Douglas Fir, Alpine Fir, etc.) - Additional items will also be for sale and all are hand crafted by students and staff (baked goods, crystal pendants and bracelets, Arbutus wood and driftwood ornaments, beeswax candles, salves, etc.)

More about our school: WestShore Centre for Learning is a small school offering alternative options to mainstream programs in the larger high schools in School District #62. We serve many at risk youth that come from low income families between Port Renfrew and Victoria. Funds raised will support programs and events including graduation ceremony (to reduce costs to increase accessibility for low income families) as well as our school garden project. The entire event is staffed by student and teacher volunteers. Each class in the school has taken on a project to prepare for the sale including Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Art, Math, Carpentry, etc.

This event takes place at Colwood Elementary School Field.
