Christmas Tree Chipping

Trying to figure out what to do with your Christmas tree once the holidays are over? Nanaimo Search and Rescue (NSAR) can help. NSAR with the support of VITree Services will be hosting a tree chipping fundraiser in the Country Club Mall parking lot (near the Dairy Queen) on Saturday and Sunday, January 7th and 8th from 11am to 4pm. Trees will be chipped on-site by VITree.ca by donation to NSAR. NSAR members will also be on site to take trees of your vehicle and move them to be chiped.
Money raised will be used to help the construction of a new search and rescue hall.
