Chris Ronald "Pacific Time" Tour: Lake Cowichan

Born and raised in England, Chris music career only really began to take off after he moved to Canada more than a decade ago. Shortly after settling in Vancouver, Chris began to immerse himself in Canadian and British Columbian history and culture as he worked toward becoming qualified as an elementary school teacher. During this time, Chris new home inspired him back to songwriting and, in 2004, he recorded his first album entitled Pacific Time. This debut CD, which was only ever circulated among friends and family and at early live shows, has now been professionally mastered and packaged and will be re-released on the Pacific Time tour.
As well as being an accomplished singer, songwriter, guitarist, and harmonica player, Chris is a consummate storyteller. Between songs, when hes not tingling spines with his flawless vocal delivery and tugging heartstrings with his lyrics, Chris takes the audience on many different journeys with his stories. Sure, you can buy his music and enjoy it at your leisure, but only during a live performance will you get to hear about how a chickadee inspired Chris to write the beautiful song Pacific Time and the fan who tattooed the lyrics across her back.
Chris is currently recording his third album with award-winning producer and Port Alberni native, John Ellis, so hes looking forward to sharing some new tunes as well.
