Matilda Wormwood is an exquisite and intelligent little girl. Unfortunately, Matilda is misunderstood by her family because she is very different from their ways of life.

Jay Doige has adapted this wonderful story so children can experience the world of the theatre with their own imaginations. Students will paint the backdrop, learn the story, act out the characters and have lots of laughs in a mixed-aged setting. Each child will work on a part suited to his/her age. Some children may memorize their lines, and others will be prompted.

Jay has taught this popular acting workshop at TOSH for over 10 years. No pressure--only fun! Children can attend either mornings from 9:30 to 12:00, afternoons from 1:00 to 3:30 or stay all day and have lunch with Jay outside in the playground. $65.00 FOR FIVE 2.5 HOUR DAYS $130.00 FOR FIVE 6 HOUR DAYS
