Rock with Nanaimo�s favourite Classic Rock band Chevy Ray and The Fins!
"With a strong history starting back, in 1985, Chevy Ray and The Fins had their first large gig at Expo `86, in Vancouver, BC. The five member band predominantly plays hits from the �50's. They play music by many legendary artists including Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Sam Cooke to mention only a few."
Chevy Ray and The Fins support several fundraising events and play at numerous car shows on the Vancouver Island.
The founder and the leader of the band, Deke, named the band after his brother Ray, who died in a fiery car crash on the Malahat in 1979 driving his �57 Chevy.
