Celebrate Christmas with the Filberg Heritage Lodge & Park and the Comox BIA. Saturday November 19, 2011. Filberg Heritage Lodge is holding a silent auction, �So you missed the Filberg Festival� a one day event featuring merchandise kindly donated by some of the vendors at this year�s Filberg Festival. Maybe the piece you wish you�d bought at the Festival is there. This event will run from 11am to 4pm and light refreshments will be served. Funds will go to the Filberg Roofing Project. The Filberg Gift Shop will also be open from 11am � 4pm, it�s a great way to kick start your Christmas shopping. As well as the Silent Auction, bring the kids and help Santa's Elves decorate a Christmas tree for the birds in the Park from 3pm to 4pm at the Filberg Tea House. Hot drinks and treats will be served.
At 4:30pm you can continue to get into the spirit by joining Santa�s parade from the Lodge down Comox Avenue to the Comox Town Circle for the Christmas tree light up and more festivities. There will be face painting, Hot Chocolate, entertainment and more.
Ambassador Shuttle Service will be providing FREE shuttle service from Comox Mall to Filberg Park from 5pm � 7pm.
