Throughout the month of June at Hillside Coffee and Tea, local artist Carron Berkes will exhibit acrylic, watercolour and mixed media paintings.

Berkes’ many colourful themes include the natural world (plants, animals and landscapes), abstraction, figurative and whimsical narratives. Works presented in this show are infused with simplicity and imagination—blending realism (Finding Bliss) with abstractive, dreamy interpretations of the physical world (Far Away). Her art is in private collections in Canada, Germany and America.

Running until June 29th, the art show is a free community event, suitable for all ages and family members. _______________________________________________________ About Hillside Coffee and Tea Located across from Hillside Shopping Centre with over 2,000 square feet of ample seating, of all different types, we have become home to students and locals alike.
