Carron Berkes is an internationally collected local artist who enjoys painting, sculpting and photography. Working as a multi-media visual artist in painting (acrylics and watercolours), mixed media, recycled art and found objects, her many colourful themes include the natural world (plants, animals and landscapes), abstraction, figurative and whimsical narratives.

On exhibit throughout the month of February at Fort Street Moka House Coffee is an eclectic mix of acrylic, watercolour and mixed media paintings. They speak of subtle and vibrant energy, light, color, shape and form. Infused with simplicity and imagination, her art blends realism (North Country) with abstractive, dreamy interpretations of the physical world (DayDream III). The show runs until February 27th.
