Carols and Candlelight: Songs of a Victorian Christmas features beautiful melodies, breathtaking harmonies, stories and tales from one of the historical periods that made Christmas what it is today. Anna Atkinson and a group of wonderful, talented friends will sing and storytell the way through a Victorian-inspired concert that includes both beloved favorites, and carols you've never heard before--all from the pages of Victorian Carol Books! In homage to Victorian taste, there will be a flair for the dramatic, a touch of the Celtic, and a good dose of the neo-Medieval. Come join us in the intimate venue of Cedar United Church for an evening of warmth, wit, magic and wonder. Proceeds go to the Loaves and Fishes Food Bank and Cedar United Church.
