This is Canada's Best Pleasure Craft Operator Card Seminar taught by experienced boaters and providing much more information than many other courses offer. All operators of motorized pleasure craft are required to show proof of operator competency. All you need to know for the Transport Canada Test, which is included, is presented in a format that is both informative and entertaining. The course is presented in four evening classroom sessions. Experienced mariners share their experience and insights with the class and draw upon years of familiarity with local waters from a cruising, commercial or search and rescue perspective. If you pass the test offered by Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons, your card is recognized by BOTH Transport Canada and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (while boating in the USA).
