Campbell River Cops for Cancer Jail & Bail

Your local Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock rider, Virginia Bessette, RCMP, is holding a Jail & Bail fundraiser on Tuesday, September 12th from 10 am – 3 pm at Tyee Chevrolet in Campbell River.
We are looking for Jail & Bail participants who are willing to be arrested and then raise bail to raise funds for Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock. The minimum bail is $300, but feel free to set your bail higher! Your worth it!
It is a fun event and raises money to directly help kids on Vancouver Island who are battling cancer. Nominate someone you know or work with, or even yourself! Participants will be presented with a “warrant for your arrest” that will allow them to pick a time to appear before a “judge” on September 5th.
Participants can select their arrest time, their bail amount and if they want to be arrested and released (bail pre-paid) or arrested and held in jail until bail is raised. Aside from being a great show and fun for everyone involved, our goal is to raise awareness and funds to fight childhood cancer. Have fun with this unique opportunity!
