Bolen Books is very excited to be hosting a keynote discussion panel with four fantastic graphic fiction illustrators, hosted and moderated by Camosun College's own Ken Steacy.
This panel is being held in conjunction with this year's Camosun Comic Arts Festival, marking its 4th year in 2016. The festival, put on at Camosun College, is a gathering and celebration of the graphic arts, featuring workshops, guest appearances, an art sale showcasing some bright new talents in the field, and much, much more. This event is open to the public, and will take place Saturday, April 16th, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Visit the CCAF official Facebook page for more details.
Then, stop by Bolen Books on the evening of Sunday, April 17th at 6:00 PM, where CCAF organizer Ken Steacy will be joined by guest authors Faith Erin Hicks, Tony Cliff, Renée Nault, and Sam Logan for a panel discussion of the graphic arts. We'll have books available for purchase from Faith Erin Hicks and Tony Cliff.
If you're an aspiring graphic artist, or maybe just someone who really loves graphic fiction, you definitely don't want to miss this unique and exciting event!
