Meet at the end of Nicola Road to join a group of walkers who welcome new participants for a 6-km or 10-km exploratory walk. Registration opens at 9:45 a.m and walk starts at 10:00 a.m. Walkers go at their own pace and time to complete a 5-km walk is approximately 1 hour, two hours for a 10-km walk. Bastion City Wanderers is part of the Volkssport Organization, an international walking group that promotes friendship, fitness and fun while doing active, non-competitive events.
