The Butchart Gardens' summer festival presents Towers and Trees, an energetic and rich songwriting Indie-Folk powerhouse.

This open-air concert takes place on the Concert Lawn stage. Come sit on a bench, or bring a blanket and sit on the lawn.

The summer entertainment program is part of your general admission ticket. There is no extra charge for lovely evenings on the Concert Lawn or for Firework Saturdays.

About Towers and Trees

Towers and Trees have emerged from Victoria�s fertile music scene on the strength of an infectious live energy, rich sound and earnest songwriting. In February 2013, the indie-folk collective was named the Zone at 91.3 FM�s Band of the Month, with their single �Montreal� receiving heavy airplay and quickly becoming one of the station�s most highly requested Band of the Month songs of all time. In addition to continued airplay on the Zone, the music of Towers and Trees has been featured on CHLY Nanaimo, CFUV Victoria, and All Points West on CBC Radio Victoria.

This year the group is nominated for two Vancouver Island Music Awards and four �M Awards� (presented by Monday Magazine) that include both song-of-the-year and album-of-the-year honours. They have also earned a place in the line-ups of several high-profile festivals this Spring/Summer, including V.I.C Fest (Victoria), Tall Tree Music Festival (Port Renfrew) and Apex Kicks Back (Apex Mountain Resort, Penticton).
