The Butchart Gardens' summer festival presents The KingmiXers, great blues for everyone!
The open air concert take place on the Concert Lawn stage. Come sit on a bench, or bring a blanket and sit on the lawn.
The summer entertainment program is part of your general admission ticket. There is no extra charge for lovely evenings on the Concert Lawn or for Firework Saturdays.
The KingmiXers have a great lineup of seasoned players: Gary Preston's fiery harmonica, piano and soulful vocals are supported by Anita Bonkowski's deep rhythmic grooves on bass and drums. It's all capped off by the tasty guitar stylings of David Schade, and for the 4 piece, with the steady and powerful bass playing of Ron Lukawitski.
Humor, energy, and a surprisingly wide range of styles - from lonesome harmonica to polyrhythmic New Orleans grooves.
