Black Angus is an innovative acoustic band that is all about Gareth Hurwood and the music he has developed in his repertoire over many years. Gareth is best known as the leader, singer and multi-instrumentalist with West Coast Celtic group, Kitangus. His talent, humour and experience provide a fresh approach to the folk genre, specializing in music from Ireland, UK, Canada and United States, along with original compositions in the traditional style.
