Celebrate Mother's day with a beginner's class in Brush Lettering!  

Dalyce from December Studio Art.(www.decemberstudioart.com) will guide you through basic tips and techniques for brush lettering. Using a traditional Japanese Sumi brush, you will be encouraged to explore different styles and complete your own original hand lettered print to frame for your wonderful Mom.

A vegetarian picnic lunch along with coffee & tea is included. 

A self-taught artist, Dalyce paints “words to encourage us all to keep going; animals to remind us of our connection to nature & our inner power; & colorful abstracts to teach us that life doesn't always make sense in the ways we've been taught they should.”

Spend the day at the Ou Gallery, lunch by the creek with new friends, and leave the day with new materials including a traditional Japanese Sumi brush & ink, a lesson book and a hand lettered print ready for framing.
