Help us remove the invasive plant Scotch Broom, we cut "broom in bloom".
PLEASE NOTE WE BROOMBUST RAIN OR SHINE
Tuesday May 8th 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Old Highway between Enterprise Way and Turner Rd. We want to finish this side. Park on Turner Rd. or that area. We will set up at the corner of the old highway and Turner Rd.
Wednesday May 9th 6:30-8:30 p.m. Oceanview Park. We have some big broom and also a second cut of broom to do here to finish off this park this year. From Hammond Bay Road turn onto Norton Road, left onto Laguna Way and drive down to the park.
Thursday May 10th 9:30 – 11:30 Highway northbound from Petsmart to Ware Rd. Meet along Lantzville Rd. near Owen Road.
Saturday May 12th 9:30-11:30 Highway northbound from Petsmart to Ware Road. Meet along Lantzville Road near Owen Road.
SATURDAY MAY 26 2:00 – 4:00
Beban Park, meet at the dirt parking lot across from the paved parking lot of the swimming pool.
SATURDAY MAY 26TH 11:00 – 3:00
Drop Zone for invasives at Bowen Park (off Wall St.)
