Variety Fare, pianist Bob LeBlanc's exciting singing group, is proud to present it's latest production "Broadway Showcase", fresh from 16 performances of "Celebration - A New Beginning" at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel Dinner Theatre. http://www.varietyfare.ca/
The group is comprised of Tim Kyle, Lisa Tinney, Dwayne Gordon, Kristy Gilason, Stan Davis, Merissa Cox...with Bob LeBlanc at the piano. All are musical comedy veterans.
"Broadway Showcase" is a fast-moving and entertaining two-hour tribute to Broadway Musicals, featuring familiar music by Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hammerstein, and Andrew Lloyd Webber...among others. Included are songs from well-known musicals such as A Chorus Line, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Gypsy, Carousel and South Pacific.
