Victoria Natural History Society BIRDERS’ NIGHT In 2012, the Garry Oak Ecosystem Recovery Team (GOERT) undertook a five-year project to reintroduce the Western Bluebird to the Cowichan Valley.
The Cowichan Valley Naturalists are now looking to expand the efforts to other areas on southern Vancouver Island. Join Genevieve Singleton and Ryan Hetschko for an update on how the project went, and their plans for the future. Presentation begins after VNHS announcements and coffee.
