Come out to the Nanaimo Museum and meet Mystery author R.J. McMillen as she reads from her latest mystery, Dark Moon Walking.
�Dark Moon Walking�, the first book in the Dan Connor Mystery series, is set on our beautiful west coast. It features ex-RCMP officer Dan Connor, who lost his wife to the job and who is trying to lose himself among the remote islands north of Port Hardy, and Kwakwaka�wakw Native, Walker, whom Dan arrested ten years before the start of the story, and who has returned to his village to try and find his roots and learn the traditional ways of his people.
"They have little in common. They don�t even like each other. But when a life hangs in the balance, these two men from very different cultures find their distinct knowledge and skills are the perfect mix.�
R.J. will read excerpts from the book and take questions from the audience. She will also be signing copies.
