We're thrilled to be welcoming Chris Cleave, author of the bestselling Little Bee, to our store for a unique and interactive book celebration event highlighting his most recent novel, Everyone Brave is Forgiven.  This epic, daring World War II love story is going to be in the store May 3rd, and Cleave will be here to celebrate its release on May 19th at 7:00 PM. From there author himself, here's a little more about what the event will be like..

    "I’m offering audiences a truly entertaining hour with a slideshow, music, anecdotes, props, original research and as much Q&A as they want to throw at me. Because WWII really was a world war, everyone’s family is the shape it is because of that conflict - and so my presentation invites the audience's own family stories into the room in what I hope will be an engaging and unique literary event. Afterwards I will sign & personalize readers’ books with a set of stamps that are exclusive to the tour, turning their copies into collectibles."
