Boating Essentials Course including PCOC

This course includes both Boating Basics and Boating Essentials. In this course you will learn about plotting and navigation and can earn your PCOC card. The PCOC gets you out on the water, but these boating courses together get you home safely!

Classes are held on Monday evenings and run from January 20, 2014 to May 5, 2014.
Class time: 19:00-21:15 (7 PM-9:15 PM).

In addition to classroom time we will be holding a bearings and fixes exercise on a Sunday and a student cruise on a Sunday. We are hoping to include a night at Beban Park pool to test and get comfortable with life jackets and PFDs.

If you still require your Pleasure Craft Operator's Certificate we will include the exam at no charge.
