WINTER IN FIRELAND
After assignments as a Canadian diplomat in Mexico, Colombia, Sudan, and South Africa, Nicholas Coghlan and his wife Jenny sailed Bosun Bird, a 27-foot sailboat, from Cape Town across the South Atlantic and into the stormy winter waters of the Beagle Channel, Tierra del Fuego, and the Strait of Magellan. On November 20, Nick and Jenny will recount their year in Patagonian waters. Their adventure is also recounted in Nick�s book, Winter in Fireland, which will be available for purchase.
