Stand up comedians Sam Easton, Toby Hargrave and Damonde Tschritter will make you laugh until you can't laugh any harder!
SAM EASTON
Sam Easton was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. His career started with a bang by winning the Phil Hartman Award and being nominated for both Second Citys Tim Sims Award and a Canadian Comedy Award for best new comic before his 22nd birthday. Hes a regular on the Showtime series "The L Word" as well as the WB series "The Mountain".
His acting skills have been showcased in many movies including Steven Spielbergs "Taken", "The Butterfly Effect", "Crossed", "The Underclassman", "Decoys Rebirth", and most recently he starred as Frankie Cheeks in "Final Destination 3". His one hour comedy Special airs on both CTV and the Comedy Network.
TOBY HARGRAVE
The New Millennium not only saw out the age of the Mullet hairstyle, but also welcomed Toby Hargrave into the world of Stand up Comedy. Since, he has gone onto perform at such notable festivals as the Vancouver Comedy festival, Whistler Comedy Festival and Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. He is also an award-winning actor. The recent short film Spin Cycle, shot on location in Vancouver, won him the coveted Best Actor Award for Vancouver's 48 hour Film Festival. And, most recently after living in Vancouver for only 2 month he was voted the funniest comic in Vancouver at The Vancouver Comedy Festival Show Down.
A skilled storyteller, Toby has a wonderful gift for making the audience feel right at home (but not too comfortable). His comedy has universal appeal, leaving audience members nodding in agreement, feeling "me too!" Or in stark horror saying "may God have mercy on his heathen soul".
In a world of overly abrasive comedians, Toby is charming and humble. One might even say he is chumble one might!
DAMONDE TSCHRITTER
Damonde recently became the first Canadian winner in the 27 year history of the illustrious Seattle International Comedy Competition. He has been hailed in the Globe & Mail as comedys new superhero. An absolutely unique act and perhaps this countries finest comedic storyteller.
Damondes credits include CTVs Comedy Now, three appearances on CBCs Madly Off In All Directions, Just For Laughs, Chicago Comedy Festival, New York Comedy Festival, HBOs USA vs. Canada stand-up weekend, winner of the 2006 Seattle International Comedy Competition, creator of the Vancouver Comedy Festivals Glossy Awards Show, writer/ producer and star of the film Comedy Club nominated for best picture at the 2000 Reel Madness Comedy Film Festival. As well as numerous film and T.V. appearances.
