Two Free "Try it" classes for beginner folk dancers will be offered on Tuesdays in Nanaimo.

Fun, Inspiring, Gentle, Multi-generational, Family, New friends, Home Learners, Wholesome, Modest

Beginner steps will be reviewed each class.

Wear t-shirt and leggings or pants.  We have black dance slippers to borrow. Bring a water bottle and a smile.

A partner is not necessary. All folk dances will be taught in lines and circles.

The boys focus on the traditional Ukrainian folk dance leaps and kicks requiring strength and the girls focus on the fancy graceful footwork.

Ages 6 - 9 years attend 5:15 - 6:15 for boys class

Ages 6 - 9 years attend 5:15 - 6:15 for girls class

Ages 8 - 12 years attend 6:15 - 7:15

Adults and Seniors attend 7:15 - 8:15.
