Outstanding pianist, Jamie Syer from Calgary, with be performing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in B flat major. The companion piece will be a late symphony by Haydn (Beethoven’s teacher) accurately described by the famous critic, H.C. Robbins Landon, as “a striking work”, and Black Eyed Susan by local composer Stephen Brown. Plus a Giant Silent Auction.
