"LET'S GET BREWING"

In this class, you'll get an introduction to the brewing process, including a talk from Danny Seeton (National Rank BJCP judge and Vancouver Island Brewery’s Production Manager and R&D Brewer) and a visit to the brewhouse itself with a hands-on demonstration by Swans' Head Brewer, Chris Lukie. It's a chance to see the inner workings of a brewery and learn a thing or two about how beer is actually made. Participants will get to taste the beer that they help brew.
