Lace up for the Bear Mountain Run Series, presented by 107.3 KOOL FM-Today's Best Music!
The second run in the series is the Bear Mountain St. Paddy's 5K! Wear your best St. Paddy's Day costume and be enter the costume contest. Each run in the series is open to runners and walkers of all fitness levels and ages with the choice of two distances. Plus, medals will be given at the finish line and after completing all four you will be able to connect them and make one large medal!
Once you are finished your run, join us in the ballroom for a glass of Guiness at the post race party with food, entertainment, photo ops and prizes!
Participation is limited to 500 for each run so don't be disappointed, register for the Full Series including; Diamond Dash, St. Paddy's 5K, Canada Day Run & the Monster Run.
