Our next Pro-D Day youth workshop is all about jobs that make a difference for animals!
If youre between ages of 7 and 11 and youre interested in helping animals when you grow up, wed love for you to join us at the BC SPCA Cowichan & District Branch on Friday, November 8 for our Careers Helping Critters workshop.
- Discover the many animal-related jobs out there (we bet theres some you didnt think of!) and test your knowledge by playing our famous BC SPCA Jeopardy!
- Do you want to be a vet when you grow up? Learn what it takes and tinker with your Future Vet Toolkit.
- Have you ever wondered what its like to work at an animal shelter? Get all your questions answered by a BC SPCA staff member!
- Are you zany for zoology? Take a turn stepping into the shoes of a zoologist..
- Have pets at home? Work to keep them safe by creating a pet emergency phone number magnet.
- Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the shelter and meet some of the animals!
All proceeds benefit animals in the care of the BC SPCA.
