Comox Valley Nature is hosting the 2016 BC Nature Conference and AGM at the Filberg Centre in Courtenay, May 12 to May 15. "Celebrating Nature for 50 Years and 100 Years of Conservation"
The Conference will celebrate CVN’s 50th Anniversary and the 100th Anniversary of Canada’s Migratory Bird Convention Act. The Conference includes Field Trips and Workshops, and features a number of Nationally recognized speakers such as Dr. Steven Price, president of Bird Studies Canada, and Dr. Briony Penn, naturalist, educator and broadcaster.
