�Culture eats strategy for breakfast [or lunch]� has been repeated a lot, but the truth is, organizations cannot thrive without both a solid organization culture and a robust strategy. So what is HR�s role in the development and execution of strategy, and what is its role in the measurement and management of culture?
Dave Whittington of Calliope Learning has consulted in Victoria since 2004, when he moved here from the UK. He has experience with the local high tech, health, education and government sectors. He also teaches at RRU in their MA Leadership, MBA and Executive programs. He has helped many local organizations with strategy development and with the measurement and management of organizational culture.
