Roundtable Leader will guide HR practitioners through a discussion on specific topics related to the field of Human Resources. This allows for sharing of knowledge, strategies, lessons-learned, and practical tips, tools, and techniques. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the discussion, ask questions, and provide real scenarios. A variety of formats will be used depending on the topic and the facilitator (i.e. group discussions, case studies etc.).

A well-designed and progressive disability management program can shorten or even prevent employee absences, reduce costs and maintain productivity. This presentation will examine disability management and identify best practices for human resources professionals.
