Calling all birders! Join Rocky Point Bird Observatory (RPBO) and Victoria Natural History Society as we examine Birds Under Different Lights Avian Colloquium Thursday May 19th, 2011 (6:30 � 9:30 pm) at UVic�s Bob Wright Earth & Ocean Sciences Building Room B150. Come learn about birds, bird research, and population monitoring in the CRD and B.C. The event will feature presentations and posters from local researchers, managers and naturalists. This is a good way to learn about birds, their habitats and how we can help conserve these amazing animals now and for the future. Discover and celebrate birds with us it is FREE and everyone is welcome! Free coffee and cookies bring a coffee mug and a friend.
