We're very excited to be hosting co-authors Chris and Josh Hergesheimer for a celebration of the release of their forthcoming book, The Flour Peddler: A Global Journey into Local Food from Canada to South Sudan. Both a celebration of local food movements, and an in-depth analysis of the challenges that still face them, The Flour Peddler tells the incredible story of how a grassroots movement to reconnect people with their food producers grew into a multinational awareness campaign.
