Auction and Dessert Evening Fundraiser

We at New Life Community Fellowship are sending a team of 20 to the Dominican Republic at the end of October for 2 weeks to help build a 2-classroom building for Ebenezer School. This is in the small village of Munoz (pronounced Moon-yo) near Sosua and Puerto Plata in which Haitians (who originally came to work in the sugar cane industry) live.
We are raising funds to purchase the construction materials for this building and a water cistern on its roof.
To do this, we are holding an Auction and Dessert Evening which will include live music by Truman and the Comfort Zone, delicious home-made dessert goodies and a silent auction as well as a live auction, with our dynamic duo auctioneers, Carla and Sue! It promises to be a real hoot of an evening for the whole family. Tickets are $5 per person and available from the church office (250-475-1132, Tuesday to Friday, 9am-3pm) or by calling Larry at 250-881-4199. Hope to see you there!
