2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Come join us for a magical evening. You will be immersed in the enchanting world of Celtic folk music and storytelling, and let the melodies and tales transport you to another time and place.

As I Roved Out is an immersive folk experience that reveals the secrets of the Universe through sound and story with The Bardesse, everywoman time-travelling troubadour, as your guide through time and space.

Weaving together storytelling, myth, spoken word and traditional Irish, English, Welsh and Scottish folk songs, this one-woman performance touches on the universal themes of love, grief, our connection to our early history and

our earth, as well as the power of song and story to connect and heal us across cultures. The show explores the origins of music, from the first lullabies sung by our ancient mothers to traditional folk songs that date back over hundreds of years, giving context and honouring those story- and song-keepers who have kept them alive as touchstones for guidance and remembrance.

Ballad collector, multi-instrumentalist and storyteller Bronwyn Claire Asha, invites you on a delightful and immersive voyage through the history of song and story to discover just how connected we are to each other, to our earth, and to those we came before us. The future has an ancient heart – will you take up the call in remembrance of it?

This in-person event promises to be a night to remember, filled with beautiful music and captivating stories. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
