ArtSpring presents Harold Mabern, one of jazz�s most enduring and dazzlingly skilled pianists.

Born in Memphis, he was an unsung hero of the 1960s hardbop scene, but only in recent years has he begun to garner appreciation for his long-running legacy in jazz and the understated power of his talent. During his over half-century on the scene as sideman and leader, he has played and recorded with such greats as Lee Morgan, Sonny Rollins, Hank Mobley, Freddie Hubbard and Miles Davis, just to name a few. Mabern joins up with Vancouver�s Corry Weeds Trio for what promises to be one of the finest evenings of jazz ArtSpring has heard in years.

You can also buy tickets by calling or visiting the Ticket Centre at ArtSpring during our normal business hours Monday to Friday 10:00am � 4:00pm and one hour prior to show times. Please come to the ArtSpring ticket centre in person if you would like to purchase tickets during the one hour time-slot prior to a show as we are not often able to answer phone-calls at this time.
