Each October artists from across Vancouver Island converge in Sidney, BC for a 10-day celebration of arts and culture.

The Sidney Fine Art Show kicks off the celebration on October 16, 17 & 18.

Paint/Wine Night – Saturday, October 17th 6:30 – 9:00 at the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre in Sidney. Get those creative juices flowing and join us in a fun evening of painting and wine. Local artist Odette Laroche will be leading you in creating your own masterpiece all the while enjoying a glass of wine. There is musical entertainment too, compliments of local guitarist John Mortenson. You will take a finished painting home and all art supplies are included.
Tickets : $40 - Drinks purchased separately.

The ArtSea Gala Fundraiser on Wednesday, October 21, 7 pm in the Charlie White Theatre at the Mary Winspear Centre. Several Peninsula arts organizations donate time and talent in an unforgettable musical and dance journey. Proceeds benefit the ‘Arts in the Schools' program. Tickets : $10 Available at The Community Arts Centre at Tulista Park, 9565 Fifth Street, Sidney

Paint/Wine Night – Brentwood Bay Village Emporium -Saturday, October, 24th 6:30 - 9:00 pm 12 - 7103 West Saanich Rd. Come and “dabble in the Arts” under the instruction of resident Artist Odette Laroche, try a glass of tasty local vino and meet some new like-minded fun folk. You will take a finished painting home and all art supplies are included.

Artist and Business Pairings - During the Festival, various businesses in and around Sidney will be hosting local artists as they give demonstrations and exhibit their artwork.

Fall Studio Tour October 24 & 25. 11am – 4pm A free self-guided tour to visit the private studios of well-known local artists. Downloadable Map available soon on our website www.cacsp.com
