Get the skills you need to launch yourself into a rewarding career in administration with Vancouver Island University’s Applied Business Technology Certificate program.

The 10-month ABT program provides the in-depth training needed by today’s office workers to be competitive in the job market. Skills learned include current computer software applications, business English, business calculations, office procedures, customer relations and strong keyboarding skills. At the end of the program, students complete a two-week work placement practicum.

The program is available at VIU’s Nanaimo and Cowichan campuses. To learn more about the ABT program, come out to a free information session on Monday, November 20 from 6 - 7 pm in Building 700, Room 125 on VIU’s Cowichan campus.
