You will learn about your birth animal, and go on a Trance Drum Journey to connect with your birth animal, for greater understanding and awareness of your naturalness. How to release what does not serve you, and bring in balance to how you move in the world.
Bring something to lie on. e.g. - Blanket or yoga mat.
You must be able to lie down or sit for 30 - 45 mins.
