Man•da•la ~ A Sanskrit word meaning sacred circle. We are drawn to mandalas because circles are orderly and contained and for that reason, they calm our minds and bodies. 

Come and experience the sacred healing power and pleasure of drawing and colouring mandalas, in a calm and restorative environment. You will be surprised by what comes from this day. For some it is a life-changer!  

Dive into the geometry, design and magic – connect to the form and beauty of these living pieces.

This will be a quiet and meditative day filled with exploration, discovery and play.

This is a completely hands-on workshop. We will start with a short introduction to mandalas, some mandala creation tips, then do some warm up work to loosen up our brains and open them to possibilities. I will read a short meditation to ground us and then we sink in to a quiet day of drawing, pondering and discovering. 

We will be working with coloured pencils - which are delightfully easy to use for everyone. 

The day is accomplanied by lovely music to inspire you. 

There will be AHA moments and we can share those during scheduled breaks. 

Drawing mandalas in a community setting offers an additional power and energy. You will feel supported during the many phases of your exploration. 

No previous drawing experience is necessary, just a desire to have fun and be open to the process. 

Workshop is limited to 8 participants.
